Shipping

UK Mainland Shipping is £3.95 for Standard (2/4 Working Days).

Shipping for orders over £50 is FREE ( Standard Shipping Only )

We ship orders the same day if placed before 3:00 PM. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours, such as on weekends or in the evenings, will be processed during the next business hours.

For our standard 2-4 working day service, we cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe. If your order takes longer than 5 days to be delivered, please contact us at hello@mybeardbattle.com.

My Beard Battle processes and dispatches orders only from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on a Friday or / and over the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will not be processed or dispatched until the next working day.

Typically, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Your dispatch email will include the tracking reference for your order.

IMPORTANT: Full tracking may not always be available for our standard 2-4 working day service. If no tracking information is provided, you will only see updates once the order has been delivered. For any queries, please email us at Hello@mybeardbattle.com.

Unfortunately, My Beard Battle does not ship to international destinations yet. However, please message us for inquiries. As we grow, we are looking to ship worldwide.

No, customers are responsible for paying any duties or customs fees as required by their country's laws. My Beard Battle is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred.

Unfortunately, as an online seller only, we cannot guarantee which location your order will be fulfilled from at the time of purchase. Therefore, collection from My Beard Battle is not available. We are hoping to open multiple shop locations across the UK in the future.

ORDERING

My Beard Battle accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards. Additionally, we accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as My Beard Battle Gift Cards.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please place your order online via www.mybeardbattle.com.

We regret that once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended on the website. Please contact My Beard Battle at the earliest opportunity by emailing hello@mybeardbattle.com.

IMPORTANT: If your order has already been processed and dispatched, we will not be able to amend it. In such cases, you will need to return the item before we can send an alternative.

You can apply your voucher code at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using a mobile device, you may need to click on 'Show order summary & discount code' to enter your code.

If your voucher code isn't working, please check that there isn't already a voucher code applied at checkout, as only one code can be used at a time.

Additionally, ensure that your cart does not contain a bundle deal, as voucher codes cannot be used with bundle deals.

LATE DELIVERIES

Delivery is a standard 2/4 working day. Please allow a bit more time before reaching out to My Beard Battle. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at hello@mybeardbattle.com.

If the tracking information indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with your neighbours or others in your household.

Additionally, the courier may have left the package in a secure location such as outbuildings, recycling bins or dog kennels. Please thoroughly check these areas.

If the courier was unable to deliver and left a card, please verify this and contact the local courier using the information provided on the card.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes, we accept returns for either an exchange or a refund. You have 30 days from the time of delivery to return the item(s) to us in unused and sealed condition.

Unfortunately opened items can not be returned due to potential risk of cross contamination.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@mybeardbattle.com with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving the image, we will promptly investigate the matter and respond within 24 working hours.

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Sometimes there is a processing delay before refunds appear. We also recommend contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done these steps and still don't see your refund, please reach out to us at hello@mybeardbattle.com, and we'll assist you further.
