Shipping policy

Overview

While we, My Beard Battle Ltd, aim to have your order delivered to you within the specified time, factors outside of our control may slow delivery time.

UK orders are dispatched via Royal mail or Parcelforce.

International orders are dispatched from My Beard Battle using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Your order may change hands to a local delivery company dependent on the destination country. If you have purchased standard shipping you may not receive tracking. 

If you require tracking please purchase tracked shipping at checkout. 

Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following day.

Delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom:

Deliveries to countries outside the United Kingdom are expected to take a longer period of time. While we do not have control over your order once it leaves My Beard Battle, we will endeavor to assist you with tracking your order should it be required. 

International shipments will take place once a week and notifications will be sent as normal as soon as your order has been fulfilled. 

Local charges:

Please note that your order may be subject to your countries local TAX charges, customs handling charges and any other country specific fees (if applied). These charges are not covered by My Beard Battle and as the buyer, you may be required to pay these charges in order to receive your order.

If you decline to pay any local charges, you may not receive your order in a satisfactory time, if at all.

Undelivered orders:

My Beard Battle are not under any obligation to refund an order that has been undelivered, undelivered due to unpaid local charges nor are My Beard Battle under any obligation to resend an order that has been returned to them for unpaid local charges.
